What makes you Spring?
Snowdrops bring me Spring. They come back again in our garden. Full of snowdrops!
Their season is ending now.
Soon daffodils are coming.
It was very warm, more than mild, winter.
Cherry blossom in our garden were fully bloomed.
Then sudden winter came. It reminds me it IS winter.
NATURE is the great artist!!!
Sudden Winter in Tokyo as well.

Looms at Trowbridge Museum
I visited the new gallery, Hauser & Wirth Somerset, in Bruton.
Incredible! Hard to believe to have this size of gallery in Somerset!
The gallery is in the news on many articles. This is one of them.
You will see beautiful photos and artifact on their website.
The garden will open in September.
Enjoy your arty time, wondering a beautiful garden and have a chat with your friends at the cafe – you surely have ‘cream and tea’ on your table.
Sounds nice doesn’t it?
Somerset Art Works organizes the program called “Creative Pathways”.
What is “Creative Pathways”?
Developed by Somerset Art Works, a professional development programme that aims to provide tailor-made support for our artist members to develop their practice and to deliver high-quality work.
I was selected one of the artists of the program this year.
My supported bodies are Somerset Art Works and Somerset Guild of Craftsmen.
An exhibition opportunity is a part of this scheme.
I will exhibit my work on Somerset Art Weeks at the guild gallery.
I will upload my progress under this program here so Please follow me up!

I used to take some “Spinning, Weaving And Dyeing” classes organized by Somerset Skills and Leaning.
I had a great time with lovely ladies who had the same passion. The tutor, Mary, always shows her wide knowledge and gives great support for her students’ challenging projects.
I left her class many years ago but I popped in sometimes to have a joyful chatting with them.
Yesterday I visited their exhibition.
So many great achievements!!!
I will show my lamps, fashion accessories, fabric samples.
All items are woven with paper yarn, OJO+.
The yarn is available at The Handweavers Studio now.
